We are planning to open Parrox to visitors on a more regular basis next year and have a large amount to do to get the house and gardens into shape. There are also a range of environmental projects that we would like to undertake, which could have a significant impact on local flora and fauna.
If you live in the Over Wyre area or even if you just fancy a short break in rural Lancashire, why not come and give us a hand with one of our conservation and restoration projects? Please let us know if you have any special skills that you feel might be of use.
In return, we can offer you plenty of healthy activity, good company and some fortifying refreshment. If you are from outside the area and would like to spend a break helping at Parrox, please let us know and we will try to arrange some accommodation for you.
